Study of sales regulations
I study your regulations (sales scripts) and form a list of items that need to be checked for correct implementation in your company.
Scenario
I form a scenario in which I will enter as a secret shopper, I discuss this scenario with the customer. If the scenario involves buying some things and then returning them, then the amount for the purchase is discussed and allocated in advance.
Recording of conversation
A date and a suitable time are planned for when the secret purchase will take place.
Scheduled time and data
A hidden video recording, audio recording of a telephone conversation and/or screenshots of correspondence with sellers/consultants are provided.
